Why does my Ipod not appear on my itunes?
When i plug the usb cord from my ipod to my itunes, my itunes prgram pops up and says " This Ipod cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device service is not started." I don't know hwat they are trying to say. The ipod is suppose to sync auto, right guys? this is so messed up. Can you guys tell me how to fix it again? without installing itunes and installing it again. Thanks.

Help me make a Fitness/Diet Plan?
Im 16 and as of the new year here is my diet plan. I wasnt ever overweight or anything but i knew i wasnt eating well and im getting to the point where snack foods actually effect me. So ive basically gone all natural. This means no packaged snacks like chips etc, and no unnatural drinks. I basically drink water, lots of tea, milk, juice, etc. Absolutely no soda, energy drinks, or coffee. Part two is to only eat until you arent hungry anymore. Any good nutritionist says you should only eat about your fist size of food for each meal. Thats because anything more gives you the feeling of being full bc your stomach is about the size of your fist. So basically eat naturally and only eat until your full. Healthy snacks between meals are ok of course.

Well...try eating foods that are fattening. Like instead of meals with barely any fat....try a meal that will be sure to fatten you up. Or try having a big meal like: lasagna, garlic bread. hamburgers, french fries, etc. hope i helped.

IPod click wheel not working after getting wet?
Two weeks ago I spilled a little bit of water on my ipod. I let it dry for a week in a bag of rice, on a window sill with lots of sunlight, etc and still the click wheel does not work. I have reset it, restored it, and still nothing. It still can connect to my computer, and I can still play music if I shake it and put it on shuffle. However, neither the click wheel nor the center button respond. The battery barely holds a charge. What can I do? I have had it for over a year and a half, so my Apple warranty has expired. Can I or Apple still fix it (if so, does it cost much?), or is it a goner? Thanks.

PLEASE HELP! I play water polo & after using my suit & showering at the end of practice, I hang it on my locker handle to use the next day. I used this suit on saturday & came back to waterpolo on monday to use it. when I went into a stall to change, I lifted up my one-piece and three small gray parasite/insect looking things fell out. they seemed half alive, and they were pretty small, about the size of half my pinky nail. Why does my betta keep hiding under rocks?
So I've had my male betta for 5 months and i've noticed from the very beginning that he really likes shoving himself under his plastic rocks at the bottom of his home. He just stays there then comes out again and swims about. Is this normal for a betta fish to do? He is eating properly and seems very content so I don't think he's sick.

I just got brackets put on my back molars and the orthodontist put bite pads on the bottom of my top teeth so that I don't bite down and push my bracket right off. but I can't bite down all the way. there is a big gap when I bite down between my top row of teeth and my bottom row of teeth. before i had this problem, my bite was almost perfect. but I have these rubber bands, but I am concerned that if I wear them while I can't bite down all the way, it will mess up my bite completely. what do I do? I feel like my orthodontist is purposely doing this to add more tile that I need my braces on and I'm f****** pissed. I just want my braces off.

How much longer will I have to wear braces?
I have had braces since January 2009. The top has been straight for about a year but the bottom is still not straight. The front two bottom teeth appear to be curved inward. My dentist has told me he would try to get my braces off by April, but at this rate, how much longer would it take? Or are there any tips to make this process go a little faster?

So, we asked them how much they made an year by doing this and they said 100,000,000 an year. Then one of the Techs asked them if they have every built one for a Concert of Avengend SevenFold and they said Yeah and they got to see them and that they were really rude and had a big Ego. and they said they built the stage for alot of Famous ppls concerts already that they have lost track. I took a pregnancy test tonight. At first (for at least 5 minutes) it appeared to be negative. I thought for a moment that I saw the bottom of the second line turning blue, but I think my eyes were playing tricks on me, because with further investigation I couldn't see the blue anymore. I then realized my urine could be diluted from diuretic pills I had taken earlier. I took the test apart to examine it further. This was my first mistake. My second mistake was touching the test directly, because there soon appeared a very obvious blue line. So now I have a positive pregnancy test sitting next to me. Could I have caused a false positive? Could this be an evaporation line (I have heard of dark/colored evaporation lines)? Could one have appeared that quickly (within 10 minutes)? I don't know what to think until I re-test, which won't be until tomorrow. Can someone just me an idea/opinion of what I will see on my test tomorrow? Do you think it's more likely that I botched the test? Or more likely that the test is accurate?

My husband took the USPS test and now has ben hired as a USPS casual clerk. The thing is, accepting this job will be a big move for us...we will need to move an hour and a half away...not something I want to do unless it provides the potential to later move in to a higher paying position, like rural carrier or another job within the USPS. I found a 3-4 inch long worm like substance in my ice-tea bottle (Nestle), what could i do about this? ?
I bought it from Woolworths and upon reaching home i placed it in the refrigerator. After a while my flatmate, wanting a drink, took it out only to see something floating at the bottom. At first we thought it was a tea leave but on more inspection we were pretty sure it was some kind of dead/living worm-kind thing. It is 3 to 4 inches long and has got a tapeworm feel to it. It is hard to say what it is but definitely not something to be had in an ice tea. I am staggered by the discovery and feel cheated by Nestle, which has for long been a quality name for me.

When is it okay to wear a velvet jacket?
So I picked up a few items on the men's clearance rack at Express and one of them happened to be this nice black 2 button velvet jacket. It fits perfectly and I thought it would be something nice to wear during the Fall/Winter seasons when I go out to dinner or special events. When I got home, my sister laughed at me and told me that velvet is meant to be worn around the Holidays, and that even wearing it now would be tacky (it's 30 degrees F outside). I'm just wondering if this is true, and if there are certain unspoken "rules" for wearing a velvet jacket? If so, the use of this jacket is rather limited...
I need help working on my spikes and my overhand serve?
whenever i spike, i dont get that nice slanted hit to the ground, it sort of just bumps off the bottom of my palm and is like a floater serve really, How can i get this rapid, straight down spike. What exercises should i do or how long should i practice (also its pretty hard to practice because i dont own a net and without one its pretty hard to get into your game mode, if you know what mean.) Also my over hand serves, they go up (signifigantly high) and it doesnt seem professional. i want me overhand serves to seem like aced serves, almost all the time at least. I know that i must practice but what other exercises or things could i try out to improve both my spikes and overhand serves.

Do you have to use BulletStorm in order to play the Gears of War Beta?
I bought the game for the Gears of War 3 beta key but figured I'd beat Bulletstorm before selling it for achievements and what not. On the main menu screen though, I see that there's a selection at the bottom that says something about Gears of War 3 Beta. Do I have to keep the game in order to get into the beta or, since I activated the code that came with it, can I sell it off and still play the beta when it comes out? Need a phone that can outperform my needs?
I've been through at least 15 phones. I know what Android OS and Apple OS as well as their phones are capable of. I am currently using a HTC Aria, but am ready to sell it. AT&T put alot of their software stuff like at&t navi and family pack, stuff i dont use. The phone lags, it restarts itself. Ive had to get a new battery. Ive only had the phone for 5 months going into 6. All smartphones gave me problems except, my Iphone 3GS and 4, my nokia e75, and my mytouch 3G. Android is a amazing OS and their phones are innovative. Although, apple is fast and lag free and gets the job done when i need it to. I want the Iphone again, yet, i want android. Basically, i want a phone. That is fast, lag free, has dual camera's back and front, as most phones are coming out like that. I would like it to run smooth at least get up at 1ghz. Hands down, the iPhone and Nokia e75 are the best texting phones ive had. I am aiming for a phone that i can text fast and efficient. I want it to feel good in the hands and fit well in the pocket, I can put up with a 4 inch phone but wouldn't prefer one. I have AT&T so the EVO or Mytouch 4G wouldnt work for me unless i get either one unlocked and unlocked phones from tmobile have failed me. The Evo unlocked from amazon is at 500$ and doesnt look the same. Not interested. I would like someone to help, and not list a phone because they support android or apple more. Yes i know it comes down to what i like and need, but im just looking for eyes and ears to help me. I heard HTC is releasing dual snapdragon phones soon, but the Iphone 5 could be competition for many, after all we dont know what its packing. I wouldnt get it that fast probably, im on contract with AT&T until 2012. I just want some advice please. God bless all. Parents always think I'm cold?
Just because I go barefoot inside the house, and I don't wear a sweater or anything warm, they think I'm always freezing cold and force me to wear a jacket and socks. This makes me extremely uncomfortable, but they care more about me "not catching a cold". How can I convince them I'm not cold and that you can't catch a cold from the cold?

You ate healthy things but you didn't eat healthy. You need to eat more than what you did today. You need more dairy that isn't loaded with sugar and more veggies than what you consumed. This is why you should eat snacks during the day so you can get those nutrients that your body needs. Also the mini wheats are nothing but sugar. Either use those as a desert or just stop eating them, same with the animal crackers. These things should not be eaten every day.

I have a Mac Book Pro that has been very fast for the past year and a few months i've had it. only after this last update (this past week or so) has it gotten extreeeeemely slow! it's stops every two seconds (i kid you not) to "load" or do whatever it's doing! How to get a 7 month old to hold a sippy cup and/or bottle?
My son just turned 7 months last week and I got my weekly babycenter update and it said to start introducing a sippy cup so I have tried it the last couple days with little success. I also had a friend mention to me that he should be able to hold his bottle by now which kind of got me thinking maybe a sippy cup with handles would be easier for him to learn on. I bought the "Nuk" sippy cup because it said it was great for transitioning from bottle to sippy cup. Well my son naws on it and kind of drinks but gets frustrated. I haven't given up though and give it a try everyday at lunch and dinner. I have tried putting a little purified water and deluted apple juice in it thinking maybe his formula was to thick but he is still hesitant. I know it's only been about a week but just wondering how other mommies did this transition and how long it took their babies to catch on? Also, when should babies be able to hold their own bottle or cup? My friend mentioned he might just be lazy and I hope this isn't the case!

Lower back pain, on and off headaches, and sharp pains in my left side near the bottom-all throught the day?
I'm a few weeks away from my period so I know their not symptoms of that. But my back pain is as extreme as when I am on my period or about to start my period. Oponions? Theories? I've had no unusual patterns in my eating or every day lifestyle.

Toe blister that keeps coming back?
I first got this blister on my right toe, beneath the bottom of my big toe nail (and the nail is vertically concave above it, if that has anything to do with it, none of my other nails have that) during basketball season of 2003. It has never been infected, doesn't really itch, and is only painful on occasion. I've popped it around 10 times in the past 8 years and every time it comes back within a few days (never really goes away, the skin has formed up around it so when i pop it, the roof of blister just deflates, then reflates a few days later) and I just get frustrated and forget about it for another year. The fluid inside it is usually the clear, sticky serum but every few times that I pop it, it's first serous, then bloody. I don't, and have never had, any other blisters anywhere else on either foot, yet I've had this one for what seems like forever. Does anyone know if this is something different from a normal blister or do they know any way to make it go away for good? Obviously, popping it hurts really bad, haha, so I'm a little tired of it. I'm a shoe fanatic so I pretty much wear a different pair of shoes (of all different types) every day, so it's not like 1 pair is causing this (plus, who owns a pair of shoes for 8 years?). I'd really love any advice anyone can give me. Thanks!

When I shave, there is always stubble left, even if I exfoliate and I have to shave in a downward direction only because I get really bad razor burn. It was an ultimate grilled chicken breast...it was hard at the bottom, like it was completely dried out and sitting around all day. Fake Epiphone Les Paul Custom?
I just recently purchased a an Epiphone Les Paul Custom (Black). Here are some details that I saw when cleaning the guitar today. Lets start off by pointing out "2nd" above the serial number. The Serial number is I0400365. The truss rod cover has three screws (one above following by the other two in the bottom) with a vertical "GIBSON" (all capitalized). It has Grover turners. I saw the pickups and had a "Epiphone" stamp/engraved (on both) with some white stickers. Then the bridge piece had a B-2 engraved. I know that the "2nd" means it has blemishes of any sort. Below the serial number it has some stickers one reading "100% Inspected & Set-Up In the USA *E (*the epiphone large E) 20). The second sticker stated "MADE IN KOREA" . Besides that everything looked fine. So now can someone tell me if it resembles a REAL or FAKE Epiphone Les Paul Custom? Many Thanks..

Can i use this instead of parchment paper to line the bottom of a cake pan?
im tring to bake a cheese cake.. i never baked a cheese cake before.. but when i bake regular cakes, i use butter or margarine on the bottom of the pan. and after that i sprinkle floor all over the pan.. its a nice and easy home made way to keep the cake from sticking to the pan.. but i dont know if the method will work with cheese cake?

Cydia isn't appearing in loader?
I jailbroke my ipodtouch (4.2.1 firmware) with greenpois0n and the jailbreak worked fine but when i turned on my ipod and went to the loader nothing was in there. I tried several times and the loader either crashes or nothing shows up (cydia is supposed to so i can download it). I tried using i-fun-box and iphonebrowser to delete the com.apple.mobile.installation.plist file to make cydia appear but everytime after i do that and reboot the itouch the file is back like nothing happened. does anyone know how i can make that file go away for good or get cydia to appear in the loader? thx!

So the other night we had my birthday party and my extremely attractive neighbor that lives behind me and i ended up making out the whole night. My betta fish........is he sick/underfed?
I just got my betta fish 3 days ago, and I have a one gallon tank with a filter system and water heater, and the water is clear and seems fine (but I am not sure about pH levels, the water is tap water that has already been treated with water conditioner for the betta [I treated the water with the fish conditioner about a week ago] and I haven't added anything else in the water). My betta fish's fins aren't as fanned out, but they don't look like someone took a bite out of them or anything like that. Its colors seem to have gotten darker and less vibrant, and he seems to be not swimming around as much, and he sinks sometimes to the bottom of the tank when he doesn't swim around and just stays in one place. The angle at which he swims at also is different; his head is more tilted upwards a little. I've fed him only a little bit of food every day for the past 3 days I've had him. Does this mean he's underfed or sick or what???????

My question is for someone who is Ranger Qualified, Airborne (not all rangers are airborne), Air assault, Pathfinder, and Halo Qualified, how many of those qualifications will be listed in his MOS CODE. I.E. >>> 11B3V0 means I am staff sergeant airborne ranger qualified. Also if a person is Special Forces qualified, I am not but attending SFAS soon how many tabs can a person wear on their left shoulder?? I know I will be allowed SF Tab and Ranger and of course the Airborne tab above the patch. I saw someone with JFKSWCS patch wearing the ranger and sapper tab, so I was wondering if he would have to give up one of the tabs.

I have seen women with slacks on and they somehow look masculine so I believe, and again, Im saying what I think and believe, that a woman should dress feminine but modestly at same time. Why do I look fat at 136 pounds?
I've been exercising at least four days a week and eating VERY healthy for the last 8 months. I've bottomed out with weight loss at about 136 lbs. My arms and legs look tight and toned, but my stomach still distends. I'm 5'6, so 136 should look nice on me. I work on my upper&lower abs as well as obliques every time I work out, should I do more ab work or just lose more fat? And if I need to lose fat, what sort of workouts should I be doing? I do 30 minutes of cardio plus about 20 minutes of strength/toning exercises. I think I may need more cardio, but I'm running out of ideas to keep it interesting, so cardio suggestions would be nice too!

Help me, please--vegan ethical dilemma?
I have a leather jacket that I'm sentimentally attached to (it belonged to a family member who has since passed away) and I can't bear to part with it. It's a large man's jacket, so I couldn't wear even it if I wanted to (I don't), but I'd like to put it to use instead of having it sit at the bottom of a chest. There's a company (reMade USA) that remakes leather jackets into handbags and you can send them your own jacket. I was wondering if you think this is in any way (directly or indirectly) supporting the leather industry? ok so i just got 3 new gold fish and i put them in a tank about the size of someones head and they have a fake plant and some rock. i just got them today and i washed the bowl and the rock then filled the bowl about half way or a bit more they i put the fish (still in the baggy they put them in at the pet store) in the powl the the water temp would not freak them out. i know you should have the water cleaning stuff but the lady said you dont need that if you have soft water and i do. so it had been about 15 mins so i let the fish out of the baggy them i put the fake plant in with my hand and let them be for a hour or so. after that i gave them some gold fish food(not lots just a pinch or to.) they were fine at first but now they are just sitting at the bottom of the tank. did i do something wrong?! what should i do?

MY BABY RAT FELL OUT OF CAGE!!?
I looked in my room and one of my 1 1/2 week old baby rats was on the floor across the room from the cage.... I never have touched one before putting this one back in the cage. The cage is high up probably waist high and i thought it would kill it but it didnt!! It still hasnt gotten its eyes open so it was crawling around slowly. Is this dangerous?? How could this have happened. The babies are with their mother in a cage not an aquarium. and they are in the plastic bottom part below the bars so they would have to be liffted or the bedding would have had to be mounded.... someone help please??? and i put it back in and the mother didnt bite me is it going to be neglected

Student embarrassed about her period?
I teach sophomore & senior classes (high school). I have a girl in my sophomore class that recently had a little accident with her period. It leaked on the seat & her skirt was stained. No one noticed since she did not get up from her seat all class. When the bell rang, she just stayed in her seat. I walked over to her and she started to cry. I bent down and asked her what was wrong. She merely just stood up, sobbing. I saw the seat covered in blood, and told her it was totally fine, and she doesn't need to be upset about it. She's about 16 years old. I didn't have a jacket to give her, but I walked her down to the nurse & stood behind her so no one could see her skirt. She thanked me and I went back to my next class. Then today, she came in to class and couldn't even make eye contact with me, she was still so embarrassed. How do I tell her she doesn't need to be, and comfort her? I am fairly new to teaching, and am only 24 years old. This is all so new to me!!
VW Jetta Headlights LED Vag-Com Fix?
I installed new S5 Style LED headlights in my MKV Jetta and they are pretty awesome. I have an issue though. The LEDs on the bottom don't turn on as Day Running Lights. They turn on when I turn on my low beams and then after about 5 minutes of driving they (the LEDs) turn off to what I assume as being overpowered or something? I've been reading all this stuff about using Vag-Com programming to fix the problem by setting the LEDs to DRLs or turning up the parking light intensity from 100 to 112? I'm not sure how to go about this or what "intensity 100 to 112" (ohms?), can anyone help? I have the Vag-Com but I have no real idea on how to go about this...
Is it a popped rib, or effect of the flu?
I'm a teen, and I ended up getting a flu-like sickness about 2 weeks ago that lasted for 4-6 days. I vomited only once near the end, and most of it was just chills, lack of strength, stomach pains, and such. I couldn't even walk straight. I went back to school for a whole week without any other symptoms and most of my strength is back now, but this morning while walking to my first class I bent over to cough and it feels almost like I pulled something around the bottom of my left rib. Two classes later, I told my athletics coach if she wanted me to run the work-out even though it hurt to walk, and she told me it was popped rib? I'd like to know the likely-hood that it is a popped rib or not. I can still walk and it doesn't hurt so much anymore now that I've moved around a bit now and such, but it hurt really really bad just to breathe. Any thoughts would be appreciated~

IPod touch 2G problems. Battery is fried? Hardware problem? HELP?
im still having trouble with my iPod touch. I left it in a dock on night to charge and when I tried to use it the next morning it didn't work. When I try to turn it on, the apple logo just shows up for about two minutes and then it shuts off again. I don't know what's wrong with it. Is the battery fried? How can I fix it??

Why cant i get cleavage?
Im 17, 5'6, and 140 lbs. I have a thick bottom and a muscular body, ive been athletic all my life. It seems me breasts point outward and their is a big space between them. I have two double push up bras from la zenza that are size 32B, the 36A i tried on looked wierd undershirts and didnt give me any cleavage the 32B fit but as soon as i have it for a day when i put my arms above my head or lie down the bra perks and i have a huge space, no bras seem to fit me and ive come to hate my breasts not cause their small but because i spend so much money on bras that dont even fit, when i got fitted th woman said i was a 36C... ha nice try..help!

my girlfriend thinks she can transform into a wolf. i tell her that it is physically not possible, the energy required for that kind of thing is just unheard of. and she INSISTS on telling me what she did last night when "she was a wolf". its starting to piss me off and scare me a little. i love her, ive been with her for five years dealing with her "wolf" problem. she is the perfect girl for me, she is pretty, fit, and intelligent, and i am also handsome, fit, and intelligent. we are both sixteen years old, and both of our birthdays are on November 14th. and im concerned about her mental health and all, but here are some strange things about her that can add some weight to the plausible side of her beliefs: she goes out almost every night in the woods, one time i followed her and i turned around because i heard something, turned back, and she was not there anymore (it was an open field). another time i was talking to her on the phone and the line got all static-ey and i heard a deep growl, and she is always jittery and paranoid around eleven o'clock, and the thing that makes me almost believe her: wild wolves and dogs simply don't attack her. we went camping with my parents once, went out in the woods to have sex (didnt want to wake up my parents), and as i was about to get it on, we saw a wolf about.... say.... twenty feet away. she walked up to it, i was afraid she'd get bitten and ripped apart, and she pet the wolf and it layed down and we went back to the tent, and it tried following us. so i shoo'd it off because it was scaring me, and then we went to bed, i was still in shock. when i woke up, she said "told you so." and i was still pretty freaked out. and some things that add to the "lie" side of the seesaw: when she "is a wolf" she is always never able to show me any hardcore proof, she always has excuses when i tell her to transform in front of me (to prove her wrong). please give me your opinion. she has also been telling she can make me a wolf, but im afraid shes lying and will just steal my wallet or something. i think i might tell her to make me one, but pack a pistol with a few rounds in my jacket in case she tries to kill me. im going to put five rounds in, the first four blank rounds, and the last one a live round just in case. or a tranquilizer pistol with horse tranquilizer. tell me what you think i should do or if i should believe her, etc... In the 2010 edition, it allows you to apply cool 3D transitions like the ones in Apple's Keynote for Mac. What I want to know is whether or not other people using Powerpoint 2007 will be able to see the cool 3D effects that only come in the 2010 edition.

Should I get braces now, or have fake teeth later in life?
On the bottom of my mouth I have a tooth on both sides that don't have adult teeth under them. So I'll eventually lose them. I could lose them when I'm about forty and have fake teeth, or I could get the bottom teeth removed and the top adult teeth that are in the same spot removed and then get braces and not have to deal with getting fake teeth. The problem with the first is I don't want to have to get fake teeth. Problem with the second is my teeth are perfectly straight except for one(which is hardly noticeable), but I have a small mouth so when i get my wisdom teeth I might have space problems... So I'm leaning towards getting braces, but which should I do?

Good gaming computer build?
NO!!!!! 560 Ti is great card but processor is horrible. You need a processor with HUGE multiple cores for running HUGE applications. i7 has lots of itty bitty cores, so you can only run lots of itty bitty low demand applications.

Can a 16 yr old get throat cancer?
I'm a 16 yr old male and I am very scared that I have throat cancer, I smoke 3 to 7 cigerattes a day and I've been smoking for about 6 months now, my throat feels pretty heavy right under my Adams apple, I do not have trouble swallowing at all, no hoarseness of voice, no blood in mucus, the only lump I think i have is the one behind my adams apple which is scaring me completely, I noticed it and felt it the first day it came out, even if I do have cancer I'm just worried about how my family would feel, I'm soooooo scared please any help, and I never heard of a 16 year old getting throat cancer

I have dental disorder so i have all my bottom teeth out and my dentist claimed the top teeth don't hurt as bad as getting the bottom pulled cause he said something about it numbs better at the top then the bottom and i was wondering? what hurts worse in your opinion.

I know you can get arc flashed and hurt your eyes, but the other day i was arc weling and my shirt kept bunching up inside the jacket and i dont think i had it buttoned at the bottom and now i have this weird triangular burn and my stomach about and inch wide and two long, and i dont know what else it could be from.

so yeah. i got my ipod christmas 2008; it's a second generation 8gb. i've wanted a new ipod touch for like 3 months but my parents really didn't want to be buy me a new one because they have to pay for my sister and i to play club volleyball. but anywho. my mother washed my ipod touch in the pocket of my jacket. it was also in the dryer for about 20 minutes. i plugged it up to my laptop and it did this really bright flashing light for like 2 seconds and then it didn't come on. i want a new ipod anyways. so should i get this one fixed or get a new one? my ipod is really old and crappy and the battery is screwed up, and it has a ton of scratches and stuff.

I have a webcam and whenever i try to record a video it has this weird pop up thing at the bottom right corner that says "error" and theres like 200 of them that come on but this doesnt happen on skype whats wrong?

i have a 10 in now i changed them on saturday- my left ear is fine the earring always goes in normal and everthing but my right ear its always a little harder to change sizes an now when i took themout toshower my bottom earlobe is swollen a little and has lke a bump in it lke aftr u get it pierced. is it infectedd? wat do i do?!
