What kind of business places words into velvet? like a velvet scarf?

Id like to know how you would etch or engrave or whatever into velvet some wording like "My best friend" or the like into a velvet piece of clothing like a scarf or a choker or even a jacket... Who would do this kind of thing? Thanks to anyone with a helpful answer.
