Are my legs long, short, or average?

I am about 5 feet 5.5 inches tall and my cousin is always telling me to pull my pants down cause they are too high up and it makes me look like I have a short torso. They rest right where my hip bones stick out, and if I pulled them down any further you'd be able to see my knickers. From my hip bone to the bottom of my foot is approximately 37 inches. My inseam length is 32-33 inches (can't tell exactly). Are my legs long, short or average (I think they're about average, but people tell me they're long)?
