Are these good breakfest!? I'm an athlete/gym regular? advice please!?

sounds delicious... and u are doing the right thing by eating oatmeal every day... probably the best carb u could put into your body is oatmeal... u may get sick of it but u can mix it up with cinamon, brown sugar, bananas, blue berries or peanutbutter.
