So did I eat healthy today?

You ate healthy things but you didn't eat healthy. You need to eat more than what you did today. You need more dairy that isn't loaded with sugar and more veggies than what you consumed. This is why you should eat snacks during the day so you can get those nutrients that your body needs. Also the mini wheats are nothing but sugar. Either use those as a desert or just stop eating them, same with the animal crackers. These things should not be eaten every day.
