Is this a good outfit idea for when summer starts? (male)?

I'm a 15 year old dude and I wanna start wearing flip flops, jeans, a thin jacket that matches the sandals, and a black bandanna as a headband? I have really long thick hair so the headband doesn't look absolutely ridiculous. Tell me if you think this outfit is a good idea or not.
