Does it sound like he likes me, please help?

So I'm trying to keep from falling for this guy, he's a stoner, but lately we've been spending a lot of time together, he walked me home (we live in the same neighborhood), he sat next to me when we had the option to sit wherever,he hugs me at least twice every single time he sees me, he offered me his jacket to keep over the weekend (and i did), and just last week asked for my number. He parties a lot, and like I said is a stoner, but that doesn't bother me much. I mean, our minds are so alike, we have so much in common it's crazy, and he hasn't had a lot of girlfriends in general but I just don't want to end up played. Does it sound like he has a thing for me?
