What color of shirt should I wear under my suit?

I'm going to a career fair tomorrow and I'm not sure what color of button up to wear under my coat. I have a pale blue that had these frilly's on the front and they kind of stick out of the jacket, I have a stripped dark grey and white or a plain white button up. I know it's professional to wear a black suit with a white shirt just wanted opinions!
