How to take insole's out of skate shoes?

I just got world skate shoes, and I am bar lacing them, I need to tuck the laces under the insole's to finish, the near the toe, the insole is (i think glued to the bottom of shoe), is it ok to take the whole insole out of the shoe? PLEASE ANSWER QUICK!
