Today I ate two bacon and egg sandwiches on white bread, three turckey burgers on wheat bread, a peanubutter sandwich and 3 apples. Yesterday was the same except for the turkey burgers, I had two chicken breasts with white rice and green beans for dinner. Lately ive only been drinking water and lemonade. Do I live a unhealthy lifestyle or is my diet normal? Btw I know I eat a lot but I have a fast metabolism
