Could i ask apple for a deal on a refurbished iphone?

Heres the thing, I'm not cash strapped, and i want an iPhone 4 (32GB). I wouldn't mind a refurbished one, so could i call apple and ask for a deal on how to get one cheaper than 700 euro. do you know any places to get refurbished iPhones on the cheap?
